A nice quiet start again today and then Darren took me into town so that I could go for my eye test. That went fine, my prescription has changed slightly but the guy said I didn't need new glasses and they will recall me again in a year, as much to see if the cataracts are developing. I took a steady walk home, got a really nice plate platter for Christmas from a shop that is closing down.
So cute, you see blue tits and robins on lots of things, but this has my personal favourite, a wren. I sat down for a few minutes in Scarborough's 'Trafalgar Square', I hadn't walked past it before but I will go there again, a lovely little place.
I have had a quiet afternoon, I spent quite a while going through my 'important papers', a lot of the contents were being kept unnecessarily so I had plenty of shredding to do. Then I started playing with the air drying clay to see if I could make the biblical figures that Tina's friend wants. This may just be a challenge too far!
I am watching the program showing the problems at the Scarborough Pound shops!

  1. The Xmas plate is very colourful, I'm sure you will improve on the figurines as you are so talented. Trafalgar Square looks idyllic , lovely just to sit and in-wind for a few minutes.x
